Alberta ASCD has received, from ASCD International, an influence grant. This influence grant will help Alberta ASCD continue our focus from last year on the achievement gap. This grant will enable us to hold forums at both the Calgary and Edmonton Teacher's Conventions. As well, the grant will help ASCD spread the word about educational issues in the province.
